Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty, skincare, or fragrance items.

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions

  • Gift cards and samples

Return Process

  1. To request a return, please email us at support@glamoraskin.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.
